[目的]对1株具有高效降解烟碱能力的菌株进行初步鉴定。[方法]应用基础培养基、富集培养基从南昌卷烟厂废弃烟草及其污染的土壤中分离筛选出1株具有高效降解烟碱能力的菌株,通过观察该菌株的培养特征、生理生化特征对其进行初步鉴定。[结果]该菌在含0.5%烟碱为唯一碳源选择培养基上生长,48h烟碱降解率为83.2%,初步鉴定为革兰氏阳性的嗜烟碱节杆菌。[结论]试验所筛选的X5菌株在实际应用中具有重要意义,在烟草工业和环境保护中具有潜在的应用前景。
[Objective] The preliminary identification of a strain with high nicotine degrading ability. [Method] A strain with high capability of degrading nicotine was isolated and screened from waste tobacco and its contaminated soil in Nanchang Cigarette Factory by using basal culture medium and enrichment culture medium. By observing the characteristics of culture, physiological and biochemical characteristics of this strain Its initial identification. [Result] The strain grew on selective medium containing 0.5% nicotine as sole carbon source, and its nicotine degradation rate at 48h was 83.2%. It was initially identified as Gram positive Arthrobacter. [Conclusion] The X5 strain screened by the experiment is of great significance in practical application and has potential application prospects in the tobacco industry and environmental protection.
