对13例轻度高原低氧性肺动脉高压者进行24小时动态心电图观察并与同期10例健康人进行比较。结果发现:高原低氧性肺动脉高压者的平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率、室性早搏次数、房性早搏次数与健康人相比无统计学差异,但其心率变异指数低于健康人,这说明轻度高原低氧性肺动脉高压者并无明显心律失常倾向,但其自主神经调节功能可能不稳定。
13 cases of mild high altitude hypoxic pulmonary hypertension were observed 24 hours and compared with 10 healthy subjects at the same period.
