本文用微量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)间接法检测血清中抗人型PPD-IgG 抗体水平,探讨ELISA在肺结核诊断及与肺癌、肺部炎症鉴别诊断中的价值,报道如下。对象与方法一、研究对象:均为成人。1.肺结核组102例,其中活动性肺结核82例(进展期62例、好转期20例),稳定期肺结核20例。2.肺癌组56例。3.肺部炎症组30例,其中肺炎23例、肺脓肿1例,支气管扩张2例、脓胸3例、液气胸1例。4.健康献血员50例作对照组。二、检测方法:采用微量ELISA 间接法。包被
In this paper, indirect ELISA detection of serum anti-human PPD-IgG antibody levels, to explore the ELISA in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer, lung inflammation differential diagnosis value, reported as follows.
