目的了解昆山市学校桶装纯净水的卫生质量,以便进一步规范学校饮用桶装水的管理,为卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法随机选择62所学校作为研究对象,从中随机抽检62批次桶装纯净水进行实验室检测。结果抽检的62批次桶装纯净水中合格52批次,合格率83.9%;菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌合格批次分别是55和60,合格率分别是88.7%和96.8%;电导率合格数是56批次,合格率90.3%。结论桶装纯净水卫生质量良好,但然需进一步改善,特别是微生物超标是影响桶装饮用水卫生质量的主要问题,应加强桶装纯净水生产单位的卫生监管,确保桶装纯净水卫生安全。
Objective To understand the hygienic quality of bottled purified water in schools in Kunshan so as to further regulate the management of drinking bottled water in schools and provide a scientific basis for health supervision and management. Methods Sixty-two schools were randomly selected as research objects, and 62 batches of pure purified water were randomly selected for laboratory testing. Results The qualified batches of 62 batches of purified water were 52 batches, the pass rate was 83.9%; the total number of colonies, molds and yeast qualified batches were 55 and 60 respectively, the pass rates were 88.7% and 96.8% respectively; Is 56 batches, the pass rate of 90.3%. Conclusion The quality of bottled purified water is good, but it needs to be further improved. In particular, the excessive quantity of microorganisms is the main problem that affects the hygienic quality of barreled drinking water. Health supervision of bottled purified water production units should be strengthened to ensure sanitary safety of barreled purified water .
