目的:研究中药固渣与油渣饼联合堆肥处理过程的重要参数变化,以探讨中药固渣利用。方法:采用好氧静态发酵箱堆制。结果:中药固渣不论是单独堆制,还是添加10%~30%的油渣饼联合堆制,堆体高温持续时间(≥50℃)都能达15 d以上,完全满足无害化要求,并维护较高的降解能力。随着油渣饼添加量的增加,堆料中的全N、全P含量及pH逐渐增加,而腐熟时间却相应延缓。结论:以90%中药固渣+10%油渣饼配比较为理想,在联合堆制35 d后,可获得环境友好、腐熟稳定并富含作物所需营养的优质有机肥或土壤改良剂。
Objective: To study the important parameters of the combination of Chinese solid residue and oil cake compost process to explore the use of Chinese solid residue. Methods: Aerobic static fermentation tank reactor system. Results: Whether Chinese solid residue was piled up alone or added 10% -30% oil cake together, the duration of high temperature (≥50 ℃) can reach more than 15 days, completely meeting the requirements of harmlessness, And maintain a high degree of degradation. With the increase of the amount of oil cake, the content of total N, total P and pH in the stock increased gradually, but the maturity time was delayed accordingly. Conclusion: The ratio of 90% traditional Chinese medicine solid residue + 10% oil cake is ideal. After 35 days of combined preparation, organic fertilizers or soil amendments can be obtained which are environment-friendly, stable and rich in nutrients needed for crops.
