目的:探讨2010~2014年攀枝花市米易县食物中毒的发生规律和流行特征,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法:对米易县2010~2014年食物中毒统计报表及调查报告进行流行病学分析。结果:米易县2010~2014年共报告发生食物中毒32起,中毒611人,死亡1例。中毒事件多集中在每年的第3季度。家庭型(聚餐)食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,占总数的71.88%和82.0%。致病因素以有毒植物引起食物中毒起数最高,占总起数的50.00%,中毒人数占总数的16.53%;其次是微生物,占总起数的40.63%,占中毒人数的81.51%。结论:第3季度是米易县食物中毒的高发季节,中毒责任单位以家庭型为主,致病因素以有毒植物和微生物为主,建议有关部门采取有效措施,控制大型聚餐活动,同时加强对重点环节的监管,并有针对性的开展食品安全知识培训,有效控制食物中毒的发生。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Miyi County of Panzhihua City from 2010 to 2014, and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods: The epidemiological analysis of food poisoning statistical reports and investigation reports from 2010 to 2014 in Miyi County was carried out. Results: From 2010 to 2014, Miyi County reported a total of 32 food poisonings, 611 poisonings and 1 death. Most poisoning incidents are concentrated in the third quarter of each year. Family type (meal) food poisoning and poisoning the largest number, accounting for 71.88% and 82.0% of the total. Pathogenic factors caused by poisonous plants highest number of food poisoning, accounting for 50.00% of the total number of poisoning accounted for 16.53% of the total; followed by microorganisms, accounting for 40.63% of the total number, accounting for 81.51% of the number of poisoning. Conclusion: The third quarter is the high season of food poisoning in Miyi County. The unit responsible for the poisoning is family-based. The main causes of the poisoning are poisonous plants and microorganisms. It is suggested that the relevant departments take effective measures to control large- Key areas of regulation, and targeted food safety training to effectively control the occurrence of food poisoning.
