小微企业是中国经济最敏感的神经末梢,更是最具张力的就业平台,其重要性不言而喻。然而,小微企业长期以来被融资难、留人难、管理落后等诸多问题所困扰。文章从小微企业面临的人力资源管理困境出发,结合以人为本的管理理念,基于角色理论,试图提出一种比较适合于小微企业的人力资源管理模式:人力资源的分布式管理。同时对它的实现过程和注意事项予以探讨。
Small and micro enterprises are the most sensitive nerve endings in China’s economy and the most viable employment platform. Its importance is self-evident. However, small and micro enterprises have long been plagued by many problems such as financing difficulties, keeping people in difficulty and managing backwardness. Based on the people-oriented management concept and based on the role theory, the article attempts to propose a human resource management mode that is more suitable for small and micro-enterprises: the distributed management of human resources. At the same time its implementation process and precautions to be explored.
