患者,男,48岁,农民,主因眼黄尿黄20余天于2000年4月3日入院,缘于3月7日出现尿黄,无不适症状,3月10日他人发现双眼发黄,精神食欲可,无皮肤搔痒及灰白色大便,3月27日在北京肿瘤医院B超提示“肝多发性囊肿”化验ALT451u/L,AST236u/L,GGT183u/L,ALP273u/L,TBiL174.7umol/L,DBiL143.9umol/l,经降酶退黄等治疗好转。入我院时查体:精神好,T36.8℃,P80次/分,R20次/分,皮肤巩膜黄染,未见肝掌及蜘蛛痣,未触及浅表淋巴结,颈软,心肺听诊无异常,腹平软,莫菲氏征阴性,未触及局限性包块,肝脾肋下未
