针对我国中小型机械制造企业现状，提出在基本上不改变现有车间基础设施的前提下，通过信息集成和网络技术，建立分散网络化生产管理系统，并开发产品数据、财务和计算机辅助车间调度等管理子系统，据此增强企业适应产品市场多变的能力。采用多品种、小批量生产方式，以满足产品生命周期缩短、２１世纪国际化大市场竞争和可持续发展的需求。
According to the status quo of small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises in our country, this paper proposes to establish decentralized networked production management system and develop product data, finance and computer-aided shop scheduling through information integration and network technology under the premise of basically not changing the existing plant infrastructure. And other management systems, thus enhancing the ability of enterprises to adapt to changing product market. The use of multi-species, small batch production methods to meet product life cycle shortening, the 21st century international market competition and sustainable development needs.
