亚豪机构统计数据显示,2015年前3季度,北京商品住宅(不含保障房与自住房)共实现成交54031套,相比去年同期成交量增加1万余套;但与此同时,市场供应却出现大幅下滑。2015年前3季度,北京商品住宅市场仅有193个项目入市,相比去年同期减少45个,新增供应套数28887套,同比出现36%的大幅减少。业内人士普遍认为,此次“双降”将继续利好楼市,预计北京楼市将迎来“暖冬”。
