云南省作为我国西南地区对外开放的重要门户,近年来在宏观政策的支持下,取得了经济建设快速发展,与此同时交通基础设施建设也得到了国家支持,“十二五”期计划投资公路2000亿元,巨大的建设投入,给公路工程造价带来前所未有的重视和关注,同时也给其带来前所未有的机遇和挑战。造价管理工作作为建设投资的第一道关得到了云南省交通厅足够重视,传统的分散计价模式已不能满足日益增长的管理需要,因此开展公路工程造价管理标准化研究来提高管理水平显得十分重要。本文旨在对研究过程提出分析,欢迎行业人士分享探讨。
As an important gateway for opening up to the outside world in southwest China, Yunnan Province has made rapid progress in economic construction in recent years with the support of macroeconomic policies. At the same time, Yunnan has also received state support for its transport infrastructure construction. The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” With a total investment of 200 billion yuan, huge investment in construction has brought unprecedented attention and attention to the cost of highway projects, as well as brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to them. As the first pass of construction investment, cost management has got sufficient attention from Yunnan Provincial Department of Communications. The traditional decentralized pricing model can not meet the increasing management needs. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the standardization research of highway project cost management to improve the management level. The purpose of this article is to analyze the research process and to welcome industry participants to share their insights.
