供热管道保温是减少运输过程中热量散失的主要措施,为了掌握管道的保温状况,需要对其进行保温测试评价。针对热源非稳态特性对直埋供热管道保温测试评价的影响进行研究,给出了热源温度波动情况下直埋供热管网散热损失的测试计算方法。以大庆市某一级供热管网3个管段的实测数据为例,分别计算考虑和忽略热源温度波动影响的管道保温层外表面散热热流密度q′与q,以及二者的相对误差。结果表明,各管段q′与q的最大相对误差分别为555.9%,419.6%和88.4%。由此可见,测试评价供热管道保温状况时,热源温度波动影响很大。
Heating pipe insulation is to reduce the heat loss during transport the main measures, in order to grasp the insulation of the pipeline, the need for its insulation test evaluation. The influence of unsteady characteristics of heat source on the evaluation of thermal insulation test of direct buried heat pipe was studied. The test calculation method of heat loss of direct buried heat pipe network under fluctuating heat source temperature was given. Taking the measured data of three pipelines of a district heating pipe network in Daqing as an example, the heat flux q ’and q and the relative error of heat dissipation on the outer surface of pipe insulation are calculated and neglected respectively. The results show that the maximum relative errors of q ’and q are 555.9%, 419.6% and 88.4% respectively. Thus, the test evaluation of heat pipe insulation conditions, the heat source temperature fluctuations have a great impact.
