β_2微球蛋白是一种见于淋巴细胞和其它有核细胞表面的低分子量蛋白(11600),它构成Ⅰ类组织相容抗原的轻链。作为细胞特别是淋巴细胞的转化产物,可从血浆中检测到游离的β_2微球蛋白分子。
β 2 microglobulin is a low-molecular-weight protein (11600) found on the surface of lymphocytes and other nucleated cells that forms the light chain of a histocompatibility class I antigen. As a transformation product of cells, especially lymphocytes, free β 2 microglobulin molecules can be detected from plasma.
