从国外的经验数据看,当投资性购房比重超过20%时,房市会孕育一定的风险。当前北京投资性购房比例是否过高?北京市建委与北京市统计局,对此进行了专项调查。调查显示:在已销售的7149套商品住宅中,属于投资性购房的为1215套,按此计算,当前北京市商品住宅投资性购房比重约为17.0%,已逼近投资性购房国际警戒线。
