一直以来,潜艇都是俄罗斯引以为傲的利器,各式各样的弹道导弹型、巡航导弹型、攻击型潜艇如同百花齐放。但这只是表面的繁荣,实际上,庞杂的潜艇种类及型号已经让俄罗斯军方头疼至极,他们急需一种“全才”式潜艇来一统江湖。于是,“北德文斯克”号K-329多用途核潜艇在举国期待中诞生了。水下核巡洋舰“北德文斯克”号是“亚森”级核潜艇的首艇,俄罗斯人盼了30多年,总算盼来了它通过所有海试并即将服役的消息。“北德文斯克”号也的确没令大家失望,它属于全面型武器,不仅能够同时担任反潜、反舰和对岸攻击的重任,而且自身的性能也令人刮目相看。在航速、潜深和静音性能上都冲到了潜艇排行榜的榜首,也正因为如此,它得到了一个牛气的外号——“水下核巡洋舰”。

In the speed, depth and mute performance rushed to the top of the submarine rankings, but also because of this, it got a cowardly nickname - “Underwater Nuclear Cruiser ”.
