目的:发挥医疗卫生服务投诉在卫生监督工作中的预警作用。方法:从镇江市卫生监督所2006-2008年的医疗卫生服务类投诉样本入手,探索有效处理和分析医疗卫生投诉对卫生监督工作的指导作用。结果:2007-2008年医疗卫生服务类的投诉数量,相对2006年有了大幅度的增长。结论:需要对医疗卫生服务采取相应措施,加大监管力度。
Objective: To give play to the warning role of medical and health service complaints in health supervision. Methods: Beginning with the samples of medical and health service complaints of Zhenjiang City Health Surveillance Center from 2006 to 2008, this paper explored how to effectively deal with and analyze the guidance of medical and health complaints on health supervision. Results: The number of complaints about medical and health services in 2007-2008 witnessed a substantial increase from 2006. Conclusion: The need for medical and health services to take appropriate measures to increase regulatory efforts.
