现就《护理学杂志》1988年第3卷第1期《对狂犬咬伤者处理的体会》一文中“狂犬疫苗的接种”问题谈一点意见。文中说目前国内使用的是Semplc羊脑组织酚灭活狂犬病疫苗,此种说法欠妥。羊脑疫苗目前在世界上包括我国均已不用。虽该种疫苗对防止狂犬病发生的效果是肯定的,但由于它是一种粗糙的生物制品,含有大量的非病毒抗原物质,可导致严重的甚至致死的并发症(如脑脊髓炎),故我国不再继续使用。现广泛使用的是地鼠肾组织培养疫苗。此种疫苗是以狂犬固定毒组织培养适应株、接种于地鼠肾单层
