【摘要】读者意识是作者在写作过程中对读者的特点、阅读期望的理解和为使读者能理解文章内容和人物角色在写作过程中调整语言的能力的综合体现。作者的读者意识对其文章有很大的影响，包括文章的质量、文章信息、组织结构和语言使用。

　　【Abstract】Audience awareness is the ability in the writing process of writers of understanding readers’ characteristics， reading expectation and of adjusting the language to satisfy readers’ need to have the writing understood. It has great influence on writing quality， information， organization and structure as well as language use.

　　写作是作者运用书面语言与读者进行交流的一种活动（Raimes，1981）。读者意识是作者在写作过程中对读者特点、阅读期望的理解和为使读者能理解文章内容和人物角色在写作过程中调整语言的能力的综合体现 （Ede
