创新力是人才的关键性特征,培养学生的创新力是世界教育改革的共同方向。自50年代中叶以来不论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都把积极培养创造力为宗旨的创新教育作为迎接国际竞争的重要战略。我国基础教育在全面推行素质教育的现代化变革中,发展创造教育为培养适应21世纪需要的创新人才工程服务是必然的明智的选择。作为一名基础音乐教育工作者,我在教学中,通过各种渠道对学生进行创新能力培养。通过实践我得出教学中做到五个“解放”有利于培养学生的创新能力。
Creativity is a key feature of talented people. Developing students' creativity is the common direction of world education reform. Since the mid-1950s, both developed and developing countries have regarded innovative education, which aims to actively cultivate creativity, as an important strategy to meet international competition. In the modernization of quality education in our country's elementary education, developing creative education is an inevitable and wise choice for cultivating innovative talents that meet the needs of the 21st century. As a basic music education worker, I teach students through various channels to cultivate their innovative abilities. Through practice I conclude that teaching five “liberation” is conducive to cultivating students' innovative ability.
