企业管理有两大抓手,—个是制度,另—个是企业文化。制度是网,具有刚性,不可能面面俱到;文化是空气,它无孔不入,深得人心,为企业提供养分,能确保企业基业常青。企业文化作为企业管理的软工具,其价值和作用早已得到理论和实践的充分论证。中国移动“正德厚生臻于至善”的企业文化理念体系被系统提炼出来后,如何把握卓越文化的本质,紧密结合地域特征、企业特点和运营发展,有效开展文化落地工作,使企业文化建设真正成为公司可持续发展的内驱力,已经成为公司实现“从优秀到卓越”新跨越的一项战略思考。
