采用大罐培养Vi+疗伤寒Ty2菌株，连续流离心去除菌体，加Cetavlon沉淀多糖，NaCl溶解脱聚，去除核酸、蛋白，透析，乙醇沉淀多糖。经全面检定各项指标均达到或超过WHO规程要求，并建立了切实可行的中试生产工艺。
The large tank was used to culture Tyr + Tyr Tyr strains, and the bacteria were removed by continuous flow centrifugation. Cetavlon precipitated polysaccharides and NaCl were dissolved and de-aggregated to remove nucleic acids, proteins, dialysis and ethanol precipitation polysaccharides. After a comprehensive verification of the indicators have reached or exceeded the WHO rules and requirements, and established a practical pilot production process.
