随着乡镇企业的蓬勃发展,大量化学物质正涌向工厂、农村和家庭,广大职工和农民不仅在生产和使用中,而且在生活中广泛接触这些物质。显然,乡镇企业劳动卫生列入初级卫生保健工作内容之中,这不仅是卫生防疫站、职业病防治(院)所等专业单位的任务,而且也是需要人人参与的工作。为了实现我市初级卫生保健规划中乡镇企业尘毒合格率和接触有毒有害物质作业工人体检率达到规划要求。本文就我市乡镇企业劳动卫生工作存在问题及防治对策提出初步看法。我市是山区贫困地区,乡镇企业由于没有统筹规划遍地开花,乡镇企业职业危害严重的客观原因是乡镇企业多是因陋就简,
With the vigorous development of township and village enterprises, a large number of chemical substances are flocking to factories, rural areas and families. The majority of employees and farmers are not only involved in the production and use of these substances but also in life. Obviously, the labor hygiene of township and village enterprises is included in the content of primary health care work. This is not only the tasks of professional units such as health and epidemic prevention stations and occupational disease prevention and treatment institutes, but also work that requires everyone to participate. In order to achieve the primary health care plan in the city, the qualified rate of dust poisoning of township and township enterprises and the physical examination rate of workers exposed to toxic and hazardous substances have reached planning requirements. This article puts forward preliminary views on the problems existing in the work hygiene of township and village enterprises in our city and the prevention and control measures. The city is a poverty-stricken area in the mountainous areas. Because there is no overall plan for the township and township enterprises to flourish, the objective cause of the serious occupational hazards of the township and township enterprises is that the township and village enterprises are mostly conscientious and simple.
