采用化学沉淀法合成羟基磷灰石,研究粉体分散性、含量对聚乳酸多孔支架表面改性的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和粉体粒度分析等测试方法对HA粉体的结晶度、形貌及粒度分布进行表征,扫描电镜(SEM)对支架涂层表面进行表征。研究结果表明,HA粉末在复合涂层中的含量不超过3%时具有良好的分散性。经过明胶/HA涂层表面改性处理后的聚乳酸多孔支架的亲水性和力学强度都得到了显著的提高。
The chemical precipitation method was used to synthesize hydroxyapatite to study the influence of powder dispersion and content on the surface modification of polylactic acid porous scaffolds. The crystallinity, morphology and particle size distribution of HA powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and particle size analysis. The surface of the HA coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The results show that the HA powder has good dispersibility when the content of the composite coating is less than 3%. Hydrophilicity and mechanical strength of polylactic acid porous scaffold after gelatin / HA coating surface modification have been significantly improved.
