对热喷涂铝层的粘结强度、抗拉强度、剪切强度以及封闭涂层的耐浸泡性能进行了实验测定分析．结果表明，热喷涂纯铝加 ＷＲＦ８４０１封闭徐层可以适应液化石油气球罐的工况，起到有效防止应力腐蚀开裂的作用、实验分析指出，涂层性能的好坏与施工工艺、涂层厚度有密切关系．
The thermal spraying aluminum layer bond strength, tensile strength, shear strength and the anti-soaking performance of the closed coating were measured and analyzed. The results show that the thermal sprayed pure aluminum plus WRF8401 closed Xu layer can adapt to the working conditions of liquefied petroleum gas balloon can play an effective role in preventing stress corrosion cracking. Experimental analysis shows that the coating performance is good or bad and the construction process, coating thickness close relationship.
