本刊讯11月20日,上海市集邮协会学术委员会在市邮协三楼会议室召开五届四次全体会议,本届委员25名,除4人请假外,其余全部出席。学术委主任邵林主持会议。会上,宣读了第五届学术委工作报告,提出了《学术委员会工作条例》(草案)修订意见,酝酿了学术委员的入选标准,并围绕“如何办好第20届上海集邮节”进行了热烈讨论。各委员踊跃发言,各抒己见,徐金德等部分委员作了翔实的书面准备。黄祥辉委员结合自身学术工作
On 20 November, the academic committee of the Shanghai Philatelic Society held four plenary sessions of the fifth session at the conference room on the third floor of the City Post Association.
