江泽民总书记在十四届五中全会上强调,领导干部一定要讲政治,包括政治方向、政治立场、政治观点、政治纪律、政治鉴别力、政治敏锐性。这是根据新形势、新任务的要求提出来的。这一高屋建瓴的要求,对于各级领导干部,对于经济领域中企业生产经营的决策者和管理者,都具有十分重要的现实意义。通过学习,我们深刻体会到:国有大型企业的领导者尤其要既抓经济又讲政治。 经济与政治的内在联系,以及国有大中型企业的特殊地位,决定了企业领导者必须既抓经济又讲政治。
At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Jiang Zemin emphasized that leading cadres must talk about politics, including political orientation, political stance, political opinions, political discipline, political discrimination and political acumen. This is based on the requirements of the new situation and new tasks. The requirement of a high-rise building is of great practical significance to the leading cadres at all levels and to decision-makers and managers in the production and operation of enterprises in the economic field. Through our study, we deeply understand that the leaders of state-owned large enterprises should pay particular attention to economy and politics. The internal relations between economy and politics, as well as the special status of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, determine that business leaders must grasp both economy and politics.
