作者以前报到过,四环素族抗菌素对肠内感受器具有刺激作用,且与乙酰胆硷对肠感受器的作用相似。因此,作者设想:这类抗菌素对肠内感受器的作用可能是参与胆硷反应系统. 很多实验资料证明,Novocain和Ecmolin能抑制内脏感受器;预防四环素族抗菌素引起的实验动物小肠蠕动。临床观察证明,Novocain或Ecmolin与四环素族抗菌素合用时可以消取后者的不良作用。
The authors have previously reported that tetracycline antibiotics stimulate the gut receptors and act similarly to ghrelin. Therefore, the authors hypothesize that the effect of such antibiotics on the intestinal receptors may be involved in the cholinergic reaction system.Many experimental data demonstrate that Novocain and Ecmolin can inhibit the visceral receptors and prevent intestinal motility in experimental animals caused by tetracycline antibiotics. Clinical observations have shown that the combination of Novocain or Ecmolin and tetracycline antibiotics can eliminate the adverse effects of the latter.
