目的应用关联规则对小柴胡汤类方进行数据挖掘,探索小柴胡汤类方“症-药”“病-药”之间的内在关联规律。方法以《中医大辞典·方剂分册》为方剂来源,收集有关小柴胡汤类方的方剂,以关联规则为切入点,深入剖析“症-药”“病-药”之间的关联。结果 509首小柴胡汤类方方剂中,符合支持度>0.08且置信度>0.6的“症-药”共涉及11种症状及11种药物,“病-药”共涉及4种病名及11种药物。结论关联规则能够客观的反映小柴胡汤类方临证用药的内在关联规律。
Objective To apply the association rules to the data mining of Xiao Chai Hu Tang class to explore the inherent relationship between Xiao Chai Hu Tang class prescription and disease-drug. Methods Based on the prescription of “Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Prescriptions”, the prescriptions of Xiao Chai Hu Tang soup were collected, and the association rules were taken as the starting point to further analyze the relationship between the “Syndrome - Medicine” and “Sickness - Medicine” Associated. Results Among the 509 Xiaochaihu decoction prescriptions, 11 kinds of symptoms and 11 kinds of drugs which meet the supportiveness> 0.08 and the confidence level> 0.6 involved four kinds Disease name and 11 kinds of drugs. Conclusion Association rules can objectively reflect the inherent association rules of Xiao Chai Hu Tang soup.
