目的:观察中药熏洗联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:选取120例糖尿病足患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组在常规系统降糖治疗基础上,每天坚持应用温水泡脚,并给予丹参注射液静脉滴注。观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用中药熏洗联合前列地尔注射液治疗,2组均采用综合护理干预。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗4周后的足背动脉内径以及血流速度、踝反射评分以及神经反射速度。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组足背动脉内径与血流速度均较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组足背动脉内径宽于对照组,血流速度快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组神经反射速度优于治疗前,观察组神经反射速度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规降糖、活血化瘀与综合护理干预的基础上应用中药熏洗联合前列地尔注射液能够扩张血管,加快血流速度,并且能改善神经功能,治疗糖尿病足临床效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and alprostadil injection on diabetic foot. Methods: 120 patients with diabetic foot were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. Each group was divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional system hypoglycemic treatment, the control group insisted on using warm water bathing foot every day and giving intravenous infusion of Danshen injection Note. Observation group in the control group based on the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with alprostadil injection treatment, two groups were using comprehensive nursing intervention. The two courses of treatment were 4 weeks. The diameter of the dorsalis pedis artery, blood flow velocity, ankle reflex score and nerve reflex velocity were observed before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the diameter and velocity of dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group increased compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the diameter of the dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group was wider than that in the control group, The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the nerve reflex speed of the two groups was better than that before treatment, and the nerve reflex speed of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with alprostadil injection can dilate blood vessels, accelerate blood flow velocity, improve neurological function and treat diabetic foot on the basis of routine hypoglycemic, blood circulation and comprehensive nursing intervention.
