近年来,我国的一些中小学对志愿服务进行了初步探索,如北京市教委编制了《志愿服务手册》,明确中小学生志愿服务的服务内容。但整体而言,我国的中小学开展志愿服务仍处于起步阶段,大多是内容以开展课外的公益活动为主,形式上以活动为主,缺乏科学的整体规划设计。笔者结合本校实际,提出了提高小学生开展志愿服务实效性的推进策略。
In recent years, some primary and secondary schools in our country have conducted preliminary exploration on volunteer service. For example, the Beijing Municipal Board of Education has compiled “Volunteer Service Manual” to clarify the service contents of primary and secondary school students’ volunteer service. However, as a whole, the volunteer service of primary and secondary schools in our country is still in its infancy. Most of the contents are based on the activities of extra-curricular public welfare activities, mainly in the form of activities, and lack of scientific overall planning and design. Based on the actual situation in our school, the author puts forward the promotion strategy of improving the effectiveness of volunteer service for primary school students.
