高某,17岁。月经史16(5～6)/(15～40),末次月经1988年3月25日。主诉:下腹包块1年,伴有阵发性心慌、消瘦半年,包块增长加快、乏力两个多月。于1988年4月27日入我院。查体:T27.2℃,P98次/分,BP21.3/14kPa。甲状腺无肿大,心率98次/分,双肺正常。腹部膨隆,触及一包块,足月妊娠大小,边界清,囊性,张力大,光滑,活动受限,无压痛。肛诊:包块下界充满盆腔,性质同上,活动受限。左前方触及子宫,约正常子宫的2/3大小。辅助检查:B超
