Finland recently announced the opening of the 800MHz mobile spectrum auction registration process, the auction will be conducted early next year. It is estimated that the country’s LTE spectrum will be auctioned 100 million euros. The Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications requires that interested operators bid on December 17.
