连接压力对TLP连接T91/12Cr2MoWVTiB过程及接头性能的影响

不同压力条件下采用FeNiCrSiB中间层对T91/12Cr2MoWVTiB异种耐热钢进行瞬时液相扩散连接,结果表明:连接压力在其连接过程中起着减少扩散阻力,排除多余液相,提高连接效率的作用,随着压力的增加,由2MPa到6MPa,连接区域的宽度越来越窄,组织成分越来越均匀,接头性能也得到提高,同时连接压力的施加减少了完成等温凝固所需的时间。 The transient liquid phase diffusion bonding of T91 / 12Cr2MoWVTiB dissimilar heat-resisting steel with FeNiCrSiB interlayer under different pressure conditions showed that the connection pressure played the role of reducing the diffusion resistance, eliminating excess liquid phase and improving the connection efficiency in the connection process. With the increase of pressure, from 2 MPa to 6 MPa, the width of the connection area becomes narrower and narrower, the components of the joint become more and more uniform, and the joint performance is also improved. Meanwhile, the connection pressure reduces the time required to complete the isothermal solidification.
