目的 :观察尿激酶静脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :对 12例脑梗死病例进行尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗 ,观察其临床效果。结果 :年龄 70岁以下 8例临床症状明显改善 ;70岁以上 4例 (含 70岁 )溶栓均未成功。 3例遗留严重偏瘫 ,其中 2例并发颅内出血 ,1例死亡。结论 :尿激酶静脉内溶栓疗效显著 ,但须严格掌握适应证 ,对年龄 70岁以上病例以不进行静脉溶栓为宜
Objective: To observe the curative effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy of urokinase on cerebral infarction. Methods: Twelve cases of cerebral infarction were treated with intravenous thrombolysis of urokinase and the clinical effect was observed. Results: The clinical symptoms of 8 patients under 70 years of age were significantly improved. Thrombolysis was not successful in 4 patients (including 70 years old) over 70 years of age. 3 cases left with severe hemiplegia, of which 2 cases of intracranial hemorrhage and 1 case of death. Conclusion: Intravenous thrombolytic therapy of urokinase is significant, but indications should be strictly controlled. It is advisable to treat patients over 70 years of age without intravenous thrombolysis
