本文扼要地介绍随机变量总体均数的κ阶原点矩及离差的κ阶中心矩,并用之论述药物存在体内的平均滞留时间及其计算方法。重点地介绍该法在药物动力学上的应用。
In this paper, we introduce the k-order moment of origin and the κ-order central moment of the population mean of the random variables, and discuss the average residence time of the drug in vivo and its calculation method. This article focuses on the pharmacokinetics of this method.
