美国硅谷是世界著名的高科技中心,其产业特性决定了硅谷的社会结构和价值观念与其他以传统产业为主体的地区有着很大的不同。因此,可以说,在硅谷发展的历程中,优美的自然环境,成长迅速的高科技群体,多元的投融资渠道等,是硅谷发展成为世界高科技发源地的主要因素。但最值得称道的是,还是在这个环境里形成的有利于人才成长的文化环境和政策机制。
Silicon Valley in the United States is a world-famous high-tech center. Its industrial characteristics determine that the social structure and values of Silicon Valley are very different from those in the traditional industries. Therefore, it can be said that during the development of Silicon Valley, the beautiful natural environment, the rapidly growing high-tech groups, the diversified investment and financing channels, etc. are the main factors for Silicon Valley to become the world's high-tech birthplace.
