信息资源是经济发展的重要资源,农村信息贫困,加剧了经济的落后。目前农村信息化程度较低的情况下,农村已有的档案工作网络应该发挥重要的信息库作用。重视农村档案建设,是解除农村信息贫困的有效之举。
Information resources are an important resource for economic development. Information poverty in rural areas aggravates economic backwardness. At present, the low level of rural information, the existing file network in rural areas should play an important role in the information base. Paying attention to the construction of rural archives is an effective measure to relieve rural information poverty.
