25克,41克,83克:中国疾病预防控制中心与美国北卡罗莱纳大学人口中心协作的项目——“中国健康与营养调查”显示,中国人实际吃油量远远超出了营养学推荐的25克,目前城乡居民的平均每日摄入量是41克,其中北京居民高达83克。30年,10倍:中国营养学会数据显示,在过去的30年,我国人口增长不到15%,全国食用油消费总量却增加了10倍,人均消费量增加了8倍。目前我国食用油的消费水平已经超过日本和韩国,迅速接近欧美等心脑血管病高发大国的水平。
