研究了高产条件下,冬小麦春季二棱期、雌雄蕊原基形成期、四分体形成期和开花期施氮78.75kg/hm2对旗叶衰老及产量因素和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,四分体形成期和雌雄蕊原基形成期施氮提高了旗叶衰老初期可溶性蛋白质含量和衰老后期的光合作用速率,降低了叶片衰老期间细胞膜质过氧化水平及叶片衰老后期脱落酸积累量,延长了籽粒线性增重阶段持续时间,显著提高了粒重和籽粒产量。
The effects of 78.75 kg / hm2 nitrogen application rate on flag leaf senescence, yield components and grain protein content of two wheat cultivars during the second trimester of spring wheat, the primary and secondary pistil formation, tetrad formation and flowering were studied.
