本文介绍了欧洲空间局(ESA)目前广泛使用的航天测控系统,描述了两种系统:Meteosat测距系统(MRS)和多用途跟踪系统(MPTS)。MRS现在正用于Meteosat,其设计满足其它任务与多点测距共享一个信道的要求。结果设计出了一种以相位分层数据格式为基础的新颖的编码测距技术且得到了发展。MPTS(原深跟踪系统—DSTS)首先因Giotto任务而研制并推广使用。在稍后阶段中,该系统增加了近地跟踪能力,因此成了一种真正的多用途跟踪系统。MPTS所用测距信号具有PN码测距系统和侧音测距系统的良好特性。本文介绍了这些系统的基本原理、结构设计、能力及性能。最后,发表了对欧洲数据中继卫星和数据中继应用卫星测距系统的见解。
This article describes the aerospace monitoring and control system currently used extensively by the European Space Agency (ESA) and describes two systems: the Meteosat Ranging System (MRS) and the Multipurpose Tracking System (MPTS). MRS is now being used in Meteosat and is designed to meet the requirements of other tasks sharing a single channel with multipoint ranging. As a result, a novel coding and ranging technology based on phase-stratified data format has been developed and developed. MPTS (the original deep tracking system-DSTS) first developed and promoted by the Giotto mission. At a later stage, the system has added near-field tracking capabilities and has therefore become a true multi-purpose tracking system. The ranging signal used by MPTS has the good features of a PN code ranging system and a sidetone ranging system. This article describes the basic principles, structure design, capabilities, and performance of these systems. Finally, an opinion was published on the application of satellite ranging systems to European data relay and data relay applications.
