采用等离子喷涂技术制备了NiCr/Cr_3C_2-10%h BN涂层,通过SEM、XRD和马弗炉研究了该涂层的显微结构、物相组成和氧化性能。结果表明,NiCr/Cr_3C_2-10%h BN涂层呈典型的层状结构,各层间结合性能良好。在850℃时,涂层的恒温氧化动力学曲线分为两个阶段,且均遵循抛物线规律。在850℃恒温氧化96 h后,涂层表面形成一层连续的Cr_2O_3和NiO保护膜。
NiCr / Cr_3C_2-10% h BN coating was prepared by plasma spray technique. The microstructure, phase composition and oxidation properties of the coating were studied by SEM, XRD and muffle furnace. The results show that NiCr / Cr_3C_2-10% h BN coating has a typical lamellar structure with good bonding properties. At 850 ℃, the isothermal oxidation kinetics curve of the coating is divided into two stages, and all follow the parabolic law. After heated at 850 ℃ for 96 h, a continuous Cr_2O_3 and NiO protective film was formed on the surface of the coating.
