某矿区工程处在进行厂房施工时,遇到16Mn钢筋与45~*钢棒(直径为32mm)的闪光对焊焊接接头塑性指标(冷弯角)达不到设计要求,影响了施工顺利进行。后经与焊工共同研究分析,终于找到了焊接接头塑性指标达不到要求的原因,改进了焊接工艺,使问题得到解决。本文就解决16Mn钢与45~*钢闪光对焊所取得的经验及对异种钢材接触焊接应注意的一些问题,做以简单分析。起初,焊工按16Mn同种钢材焊接规范施焊,焊接接头冷弯角达不到90°的技术要求。焊工又按45~*同种钢材焊接规范施焊,
