对６个核桃无性系（种）叶的角质层厚度、栅栏组织与叶肉组织比、细胞密集度等９个抗旱性结构指标进行了观察测定，并对其８个定量指标进行了方差分析和多重比较，结果表明：６个核桃无性系（种）叶的抗旱性从强到弱排列顺序依次为：美国黑核桃＞西洛２号＞西洛３号＞西扶２号＞西洛１号＞西林３号。
