公有制是社会主义本质的重要内容，对于社会主义具有特殊意义和作用，这是邓小平同志的一贯思想，我们在建设有中国特色社会主义过程中，要特别注意警惕和防止淡化公有制作用的思想，豪不动摇地坚持公有制的主体地位。
Public ownership is an important part of the nature of socialism. It has special significance and role for socialism. This is a consistent thinking of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. We should pay special attention to guarding against and dilute the role of public ownership in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Unswervingly uphold the dominant position of public ownership.
