常规的条带开采方法能够有效地控制地表的移动变形,保护地面建筑物,但是其采出率较低,极大的浪费了煤炭资源,减小了矿井的服务年限。为了解决这一矛盾,利用大采深条件下地表移动变形值较小的特点,基于临界变形值原则,提出利用宽条带协调开采的方法来提高煤炭的采出率,解放深部建筑物下压煤。该方法利用条带开采和多工作面联合开采的优点,减少了地面静态变形对建筑物的影响,实现了在低潜水位深部矿区建筑物下的不迁村开采。
The conventional strip mining method can effectively control the movement and deformation of the ground surface and protect the ground buildings. However, its mining rate is low, greatly wasting coal resources and reducing the service life of the mine. In order to solve this contradiction, based on the principle of critical deformation value, the method of coordinated mining with wide strips is proposed to improve the recovery rate of coal and liberate the pressure of deep buildings coal. The method utilizes the advantages of strip mining and multi-face mining, reduces the influence of static deformation of the ground on the building, and realizes the non-moving village mining under the deep mining area with low diving potential.
