为了满足柔性机构的大变形特性,该文将无网格伽辽金法和拓扑优化理论相结合,提出了反向器的拓扑优化设计方法,并对按设计结果加工的机构进行了性能测试。在优化过程中,利用无网格法进行反向器的结构响应分析和敏度分析,从本质上满足了柔性反向器的非线性要求。根据设计结果制造了线性和非线性两种反向器,并对其进行了性能测试,测试结果表明,基于非线性无网格法的优化方法优于基于线性的优化方法。
In order to meet the large deformation characteristics of flexible mechanism, this paper combines the theory of element-free Galerkin method and topology optimization theory, and presents the topology optimization design method of inverter, and tests the performance of institutions processed according to the design results. In the process of optimization, meshless method is applied to the structural response analysis and sensitivity analysis of the inverter, which essentially meets the nonlinear requirements of the flexible inverter. According to the design results, two kinds of linear and nonlinear inverters are fabricated and tested. The test results show that the optimization method based on nonlinear meshless method is superior to the linear optimization method.
