一是抓大厅建设。市委、市政府高度重视,明确提出要以“三提三创”为目标,高标准规划设计,在年内启动新政务大厅建设,全力推进行政审批“两集中、两到位”。二是抓改革推进。市纪委专门组织市监察局、市政务中心,由主要负责同志带队赴大同、呼和浩特市政务服务中心进行学习考察,并在此基础上起草了《介休市关于进一步深化行政审批制度改革的实施方案》。
