党章是全党成员概无例外地必须信守的行动准则。笔者认为,学习党章的根本目的就在于应用,使党员真正做到维护党章、贯彻党章、遵守党章。对企业中的党员而言,学习党章重在解决三大问题,即思想,以提高认识为基础;行为,以严格自律为规范:工作,以解决难题为重点。思想,以提高认识为基础。在经济转轨、社会转型的特殊时期,党员队伍中仍然存在着不学党章、不讲党性、不守党纪的现象。有的理想信念动摇,有的纪律观念淡薄,有的享乐思想严重,
