患者男,44岁。枪击中左下颌13小时,呼吸不畅6小时。于1996年9月24日急诊入院。1996年9月23日晚22点半,患者被人用枪在距约20米处击中左下颌角。当时倒地,未昏迷,左下颌角剧痛,流血。简单压迫止血后立即被送往当地医院救治。拍头颅正侧位片,见枪弹为大小不等的金属碎粒。在检查过程中,患者伤处及左颈部肿胀显著,发展迅速,6小时后自觉呼吸不畅。急送我院就诊。检查:体温36.5℃,脉率84次/分,呼吸26次/分,血压16.℃/12.0kPa。患者神志清,左侧颈部皮肤肿胀,可见大面积瘀血斑,无握雪感
