企业文化是一个企业的灵魂,也是企业员工的精神支柱,而企业社会保障则是对员工物质生活的保障,良好的社会保障体系能使员工安心的投入到工作中去。企业文化建设与企业社会保障制度的完善密切联系,两者统一利于激发员工的积极性和创造性,实现公司经营管理目标。因此要双管齐下,以企业文化建设促进社会保障的完善,以健全的社会保障作为构建企业文化的基础,只有这样才能更好地发挥两者的作用。
Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, but also the spiritual pillar of enterprise employees, and corporate social security is to protect the material life of employees, a good social security system can make employees feel at ease into the work to go.
